What are your pricing plans?
There are four pricing plans to choose from: Starter 25, Pro 100, Super 250 and Ultra 1000. Each plan includes unlimited use of the full feature set of GiraffePad, so choose a plan based on how busy you expect to be each month.
Each plan includes a number of free monthly active users and then a per person fee for any additional active users in that month. There is no long term contract and you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point.
What is an 'active user'?
Trainers who sign in to your account and learners who access one of your learning programmes during a monthly billing period are considered active users.
Registered learners that don’t access your programmes during a billing period are not considered active users.
Trainers that do not sign in during the billing period are also not considered active users.
Do I have any control over my active users?
Yes!
You can delete or archive programmes once you’re happy the learning is complete, preventing learners from continuing to access that programme.
You can also remove individual learners from your programmes and remove trainers from your account at any time.
Are there any catches with the free 14-day trial?
There's zero catch!
It's free to start using GiraffePad and you can enjoy the full range of features on the platform for 14 days.
You do need to enter a Credit Card at the start of the trial but you can cancel with no obligation at any stage of the 14 days.

Do learners need to pay to use GiraffePad?
It's free for your learners!
Once registered they’ll have their own free account and can start engaging with the programme(s) you have invited them to.
How does your pricing work?
Each plan has a monthly subscription that includes a number of active users for that month. In any month, if your total number of active users exceeds that plans’ allowance, you will be billed a per person fee for the additional active users.
You’ll be billed at the end of each month based on the number of active users in your account during that month, ensuring the amount you are paying reflects the value you’re gaining from your account.
How will I know how many active users I have?
In your GiraffePad account, you can view details on your current billing period, including active users and any relevant additional user fees you will be billed for.
For each previous billing period, you can download your invoice and view a list of the active users.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Absolutely.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You will be billed at the end of your active month on a pro-rata basis of the two plans.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription with a few clicks at any time. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your billing period for that month.
I don't have much tech know-how. What happens if I get stuck or break something?
We have an extensive knowledge base within GiraffePad that will help you set up your account and start getting the most out of the software.This includes a series of 10 video tutorials covering off the key areas of your account.
Our friendly support team is also on hand to offer guidance and resolve any issues you might have via phone, Zoom and telephone.
Can I use GiraffePad on my phone?
Yes - we've built GiraffePad to be fully responsive on mobile, so it works wherever you do.
