What are your pricing plans?
There are two pricing plans: Essentials and Pro.
The Pro plan has additional features like Questionnaires and the Eventbrite integration and includes telephone and Zoom support. We’ll also add the majority of upcoming features to the Pro plan.
What is an 'active user'?
Trainers who sign in to your account and learners who access one of your learning programmes during a monthly billing period are considered active users.
Registered learners that don’t access your programmes during a billing period are not considered active users.
Trainers that do not sign in during the billing period are also not considered active users.
Do I have any control over my active users?
Yes!
You can delete or archive programmes once you’re happy the learning is complete, preventing learners from continuing to access that programme.
You can also remove individual learners from your programmes and remove trainers from your account at any time.
Are there any catches with the free 14-day trial?
There's zero catch! It's free to start using GiraffePad - no credit card is required to start a trial.
Enjoy the full range of features on the platform for 14 days. You'll only need to enter payment details when your trial ends if you wish to continue using the software.
How do I know if GiraffePad is right for my business?

Do learners need to pay to use GiraffePad?
It's free for your learners! They can register, create an account and profile, and start sharing content and messages on GiraffePad. Plus, you can invite an unlimited number of learners to an unlimited number of programmes.
How does your pricing work?
Both plans let you add every trainer in your business and register an unlimited number of learners to unlimited learning programmes.
Each plan has a starting price that includes all that plan's features and 25 monthly active users. There are then tiered pricing increments based on the number of additional active users.
You’ll be billed at the end of each month based on the number of active users in your account during that month, ensuring the amount you are paying reflects the value you’re gaining from your account.
How will I know how many active users I have?
In your GiraffePad account, you can view details on your current billing period, including active users and the related pricing tier that you’ll be billed for.
For each previous billing period, you can download your invoice and view a list of the active users.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Absolutely.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in just a few clicks at any time.
I don't have much tech know-how. What happens if I get stuck or break something?
We have an extensive knowledge base within GiraffePad that will help you set up your account and start getting the most out of the software.
Our friendly support team is also on hand to offer guidance and resolve any issues you might have via email. Pro plan subscribers have access to support via telephone and Zoom call.
Can I use GiraffePad on my phone?
Yes - we've built GiraffePad to be fully responsive on mobile, so it works wherever you do.
